Roy's Happy CrewThe Whisler Weasel Workers is a volunteer organization dedicated to the advancement of alpine ski racing in Whistler and throughout Canada.  Over the years, Weasels have worked on Olympic, World Championship, World Cup, NorAm and National Championship ski races in Whistler, Nakiska, Salt  Lake,  Bormio, Beaver Creek, Lake Louise and elsewhere.

Browse through our Web site to learn about our activities, and our history, as well as upcoming events.  With time, we hope to gather stories and photos from many similar groups engaged in ski racing, throughout the world.

Next February,  The Weasels  will be engaged in the 2008 version of the Canadian National Championships, followed by four World Cup races.   These races will be run on two separate tracks, requiring more race workers than ever before.  We welcome volunteer race workers from across Canada, from the USA, and from around the World. Please join us in 2008 and again in 2009.  Learn the skills and our terrain and become part of our team.

Everyone is Welcome

Expert skier or non-skier, experienced race worker or novice, there’s a place for almost everyone on our volunteer team.  Prior experience is helpful, but not a requirement. Join us in Whistler in February 2008, volunteer for five to ten days and develop the skills and knowledge that will make you a valuable asset for future events. Be on the course to watch, first-hand, the best ski racers in the world.  Be part of the action...Be part of success.

Expect to work long days, to have fun, and to make many good friends.  Take home a “perk” package that identifies you among Canada’s world-class ski racing community!
