The Competition for Race Officials
is now closed


The Selection Committee will contact all applicants shortly . With so many highly qualified candidates for many positions, selection will be a difficult process.  The ROC wishes to thank all candidates for their participation and for helping to make the call for Race Official applicants such a success.

The call for Section Chiefs and Crew Chiefs is now also closed.  Please indicate interest on the Registrations Web site.

It's time to put your "John Henry" down for those jobs you have been doing for so long.  Please help us establish a list of those who plan to continue to support our great effort and to welcome some new names to the fold.   Whereas the competition for Race Officials ("Chiefs of...") has closed, the call for Crew Chiefs and Section Chiefs remains open.

Please sign up  and pass the word.  Summer is past and Tempest Fugit!  It's time to Rock and Roll !  With two tracks to build and maintain in February 2008, we need more Crew Chiefs and Section Chiefs than ever.  

Applicants for Crew Chiefs and Section Chiefs positions should have a minimum current Level 2 National Officials certification* or equivalent and a minimum of 15 days practical experience at FIS or higher level of race events.

Note:  This is an application process for experienced Crew Chiefs and Section Chiefs.  All volunteers and Crew Chiefs MUST register HERE . That is where you will identify your work dates, etc.

The call for applications for Crew Chief and Section Chief positions has been issued by the ROC of the Whistler races. Applications will be automatically forwarded to the ROC-designated Volunteer Coordinators,  who will coordinate the selection of Crew Chiefs and Section Chiefs by the ROC.

Please complete your application ASAP.  Help us get this step over with so we can move on with recruiting the bulk of our volunteers.  In our usual fashion, we will need your help with that!

All Crew Chief candidates are asked to express their interest throught the normal registration process.
