Throughout the 2000's many Whistler Weasel Workers have  travelled to
Lake Louise each year to help with the Winterstart World Cup Downhill

Restrictidons on early season use of tracked snowcats in the alpine make helicopters indespensible. The snow cover is inadequate in early winter.

At lower elevations there is enought snow for snowcats. In the alpine, Park regulations require helicopters to be used.

especially in November.
