Whistler-Blackcomb
- Canada’s premier ski area, located in Whistler BC. Home to
the world famous Dave Murray Downhill
course. In 2010,
Whistler Mountain will host the Winter Olympic Alpine Skiing
events. Whistler Mountain is a long time supporter of ski
racing and a very good friend to the Whistler Weasel Workers.

RV Resort and Campground
- Whistler's
only RV Resort & Campground, a destination resort with on-site
recreational facilities including Riverside Greens, a professional real
grass putting course. The Riverside campground has long
provided accommodation to volunteer race workers and is a generous
supporter of the Whistler Weasel Workers and of alpine ski racing in
Whistler.Junction Cafe - located at the Riverside Campground, Colin Pitt-Taylor's Junction Cafe is a favorite among Whistler locals, a great spot for breakfast, brunch, lunch or dinner. including landfills in Whistler and Squamish and Transfer Stations in
Whistler, Pemberton and Devine. Carney's is a long-standing
supporter of
the Whistler Weasel Workers and of alpine ski racing in Canada. Over
the years, Carney s has provided many services to Weasel events,
including countless hours of volunteer labour, professional and waste
services of many kinds, and financial support. Most
important of all, President, Owen Carney has provided his unstinting
personal leadership of the Whistler Weasel Workers for many years,
almost since the group's inception.

Dusty’s
Bar & Grill - Creekside

Located on the original Whistler townsite, Dusty's Bar & Grill
sits at the foot of the Dave Murray Downhill and is home to the locals'
après-ski scene. For 30 years,
Dusty’s has been the morning meeting place for volunteer race
workers on their way to the hill, and a popular stop-off place at the
end of the day. For every major race, Dusty’s has
loaned equipment and provided marvellous support to the Volunteer
Hospitality Tent.

our commitment to excellence and to have won Pique Newsmagazine's Best

is rates as one of the 10 best boot-fitting shops in

Creekside Market
- Welcome to Whistler's Creekside Market. We are the new full
service Grocery store located in Franz's Trail, Creekside supplying
fresh produce, fine meats and seafood, locally baked goods, artisan
bread, an extensive Deli counter and more! The Creekside Market
generously shares its customer parking space with the Weasel
Beer Tent,
an ancient tradition of the Whistler Weaswel Workers.
The Weasels greatly appreciate the friendly support
and

BC Alpine - home to alpine ski racing in British Columbia . BC Alpine strives to develop ski racers to have fun through competition, to be of the highest quality, and to be adaptable as they progress through the system. BC Alpine is a great source of skiing news from BC , the CAST and throughout the skiing world.

Alberta Alpine - the governing body for alpine ski racing in the Province of Alberta. The Association represents over 30 ski clubs province wide and coordinates and supports skiing development and racing programs for athletes starting at age 5 through to adult ages.
Alpine Ontario Alpin

as the recognized Provincial Sport Organization (PSO) and
promoter
of competitive alpine ski racing in Ontario, AOA represents four
divisions, 45 member clubs and over 30,000
active athletes, coaches and officials (volunteers). AOA coordinates
several successful programs across the province and continues to foster
the development of "state of the art" ski-racing programs from the
grass roots level to the elite level.

Red
Mountain Racers - dating back
to the 1940's, the Red Mountain Ski Club has put more
athletes on the
Canadian National Alpine Ski Team then any other ski club in Canada.
The small mountain town of Rossland has a long history of
strong community support and involvement, and this has had a
huge effect on the success of Red Mountain ski racers,. To
date , Rossland has generated over 35 National Team and Development
Team members. For over 50 years, National Team
members have been returning to Rossland to coach and inspire the next
generation of Red Mountain Racers. Over 30 Olympic, World Cup
and World Championship medals have been won by Red Mountain Racers.
Banff
Alpine Racers & Bow Valley Quikies @ Norquay
- a ski racing club with programs that build upon a strong
foundation and the use a systematic development system allowing young
athletes to maximize their personal development through
sport. One
of our principle mandates is to make skiing and ski racing
accessible to a large number of families.
Our success depends on the active participation of parents in
various fundraising and volunteer
activities, which is greatly appreciated. 
Ski Ward Race Team - a member of the the Eastern Massachusetts Buddy Werner League, the SWRT draws from a number of ski areas northeast of Boston. The Ski Ward Race Team is open to children and teenagers who are interested in skiing competitively. The competition season consists of eight races (Slalom and Giant Slalom) that take place on Sundays starting in early January. The program includes regular training and an end-of-season league championship. SWRT events are run by volunteer race workers.
Modern
Ski Racing - brings you the
most comprehensive recreational racing resource. We're in the business
of making you ski faster. The mission of MODERN SKI RACING is to share
with recreational skiers
and racers the technical principles that make such upper level skiing
possible, and to make available a means for those recreational level
skiers to assimilate those technical skills into their own skiing.
Modern Ski Racing Team offered two unique Race Camps geared
for both Recreational and Master level Racers at Wolf
Mountain Ski Area, in Eden, Utah, host mountain to Modern Ski
Racing's permanent training centers.

Alpina Safety Systems
- safety net systems for ski runs and alpine ski
racing
including A-Nets, B-Nets, Crowd Control Nets and a variety of other
safety equipment. Alpina has supplied safety net
systems
for the 2010 Winter Olympic Games, to be held on Whistler Mountain.
These Alpina net systems were in use for the 2008 Telus
Whistler
World Cup and the 2008 Canadian Alpine Ski Championships. The
Whistler Weasel Workers Training
Section contains information about Alpina A-Nets
and B-Nets.
World Cup Supply -
offers a complete inventory of equipment and supplies for
alpine
ski racing. WCP provided SPM Airfence safety systems for the
2008
Telus Whistler World Cup alpine ski races at Whiatler Mountain.

Whistler
Adaptive Sports Program (WASP) Whistler
Adaptive Sports Program (WASP) is a not-for-profit society that
provides year-around, recreational programs for people of all ages with
disabilities. The Whistler Weasel Workers salute the many
WASP volunteers who can be seen in action on Whistler daily during the
Winter months, and now during the Summer months, as well.
WASP has recently become involved in alpine ski racing and
snowboard racing, running the Adaptive Alpine Race Development Program.
Each April, WASP hosts the Annual Rotary Recreational GS for Disabled
Skiers.
Vancouver
Adaptive Snow Sports
(VASS) runs
skiing and snowboarding
programs for persons with a disability at Grouse, Seymour and Cypress
Mountains. VASS makes the mountain experience accessible to
all. We welcome students of all ages and disabilities and
utilize adaptive
equipment and/or specialized teaching techniques to maximize a person’s
independence on the snow.
Disabled Skiers Association of BC
(DSABC)
offers a number of ski programs
throughout British Columbia. Depending on the need in various Zone
areas,
DSABC runs a variety of alpine and nordic programs. The eight zones are
responsible for the learn-to-ski programs in their region. The
specifics of each program may differ according to the zone.
Vancouver
Island Society for Adaptive Snowsports (VISAS) Based at
Mount Washington Alpine Resort, Courtenay, B.C. on Vancouver Island.,
we focus on providing Nationally Certified Snowsports Instruction to
physically or mentally challenged persons. We are here to
help you accent your abilities in a fun and encouraging environment.
Membership is open to disabled persons of all ages who wish
to ski a
group of trained volunteer instructors who offer quality individual
instruction accent on ability.
Silver
Star Adaptive Snow Sports (SSASS) was founded
in 1992 as a local association of volunteer instructors who wished to
share their joy of snow sports by teaching people with disabilities. We
provide ski and snowboard lessons for students of all ages with a
variety of disabilities. Students range from complete
novices to advanced skiers/snowboarders and include residents from the
Thompson-Okanagan area, grade 6 and 7 students from local schools, as
well as ski area guests who come from all over the world.
Canadian
Association for Disabled Skiing
(CADS) is a
volunteer based organization having as its main objective, assisting
individuals with a disability to lead richer and fuller lives through
active participation in recreational and competitive snow skiing and
snowboarding. CADS is a national organization with 1,130 disabled
members and 1,900 able-bodied volunteers from all regions of Canada,
committed to the idea that Skiing
is for Everyone.
Adaptive
Action Sports
(AAS)
Adaptive Action Sports creates programs and
opportunities for individuals with permanemt physical disabilities to
participate in 'action sports' and or the art and music scene that
follows them. Together with Windell's Ski and Snowboard
Camp,
AAS sponsors a biannual Mt Hood-based Freestyle Session allowing the
addaptive
shredder an opportunity to ride with the Pros and to sharpen their
skills.
Disabled
Sports USA (DS/USA)
- Our Mission: "To provide the
opportunity for individuals with disabilities to gain confidence and
dignity through participation in sports, recreation and related
educational programs." Originally
established in 1967 by disabled Vietnam veterans to serve the war
injured, DS/USA
now offers nationwide sports rehabilitation programs to anyone with a
permanent disability. Activities include winter skiing, water sports,
summer and winter competitions, fitness and special sports events.

Apex
Ski Club
- Located on Apex Mountain, just west of
Penticton, the Apex Ski Club is
dedicated to the promotion of alpine skiing for youth living in BC's
sunny South Okanagan.
The Apex Ski Club strives to make skiing a life long sport
for its youth, to develop
skiing abilities, to provide quality alpine race training experiences
and
to have FUN along the way. The Apex Ski Club sponsors racing
programs for all ages from 11 yrs through to adulthood.
Big White Racers - The Kelwona Ski Club, under the Big Racers banner, offers on-snow and dryland programs for young skiers all the way from the Alcan Nancy Greene junior skiers, through the juvenile racers to young adults racing in national and international competition. The Big Winter Racers compete each hear at the Whistler Cup international juvinile races, when they are always a force to be recognized.

Ski Club
- North
Vancouver's Grouse Mountain Tyee Ski Club, located
minutes away from downtown Vancouver BC., is one of the
longest running ski clubs in Canada The Tyees have a rich
history and currently has the biggest membership base in British
Columbia. The Tyee Club develops the physical and
ski specific qualities of kids aged 6 thru 14 (Nancy Greene Ski League,
K1 and K2 programs).
Alpine
Ski Club - The Alpine Ski Club of
Bloomington Indiana is a dynamic organization dedicated to the
enjoyment of winter sports such as alpine skiing and snow boarding,
good fellowship among skiers and friends, and activities that bring
members together throughout the year. The Alpine Ski Club
belongs to the Ohio Valley Ski Council which organizes races for member

Ski Club
- Located
on Vancouver Island, west of Comox, near beautiful Strathcona Park, the
Mt Washington Ski Club
provides a high quality and affordable competitive ski program that:
builds character and self-esteem in participants. The
available ski programs range from the Nancy Greene Ski League through
Kinder and Junior programs, and include a more general "All Mountain"
program." The Club is the home of the
Mt. Washington
